All Sales Final: All purchases of Peter M.D treatments are final. Due to stringent pharmacy regulations governing prescription medications, which prohibit reuse once packaged for a specific patient, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, regardless of whether the product remains unused.
Defective or Damaged Products: While refunds are not available, Peter M.D is committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged and submit a picture within 24 hours of receiving the package in the mail, we will replace it. To request a replacement, you must submit an email to support@getpetermd.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, and provide proof of purchase. Replacement requests made after this period will not be honored.
Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted solely for defective or damaged items as outlined above. No exchanges will be made for any other reason. The request must follow the same process as outlined for defective or damaged products.
Automatic Renewal: For auto-renewing products and services, your payment method will be automatically charged at regular intervals as described during checkout. This will continue until you cancel your subscription. Some products and services do require a 6 month contract.
Cancellation: You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal processing date to avoid being charged for the next period. To request cancellation, you must submit an email to support@getpetermd.com . No cancellations will be accepted less than forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal date.
Acknowledgment of Policies: By completing a purchase with Peter M.D, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our Refund and Auto-Bill Policy. This acknowledgment includes understanding that refunds are not available for any reason other than defective or damaged products and that auto-renewals will continue until properly canceled in accordance with the stated procedures.
Enforcement: Peter M.D strictly enforces these policies. In the event of a chargeback dispute, this document will be presented to the merchant provider to demonstrate that the customer was fully informed and acknowledged our strict no-refund policy and auto-bill terms prior to purchase. This document will also be emailed to you and it will be located in your patient portal. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team via email.
