Frequently asked question

Getting started is simple: choose a program, complete a free virtual consultation, and receive your treatment—all from the comfort of your home.

We require a face-to-face video consultation with a licensed provider. This appointment will be scheduled through your patient portal by our support staff. You’ll receive a Zoom link to connect directly with your provider.

All PeterMD orders are shipped directly to your door in discreet, custom packaging. Each package includes clearly labeled, individually dosed treatments.

PeterMD services, products, and medications are not covered by health insurance. However, we do accept HSA/FSA cards at checkout and can provide reimbursement documentation upon request.

Due to the prescription nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. If you believe an error was made in filling your prescription, please contact us at support@getpetermd.com.

Yes. We are one of the only fully compliant national telemedicine providers, offering expert care, customized treatments, and ongoing support for real, lasting results.

The BEARIT TRT Program provides free medical assistance to men who have served in uniform and may be experiencing financial hardship. PeterMD doctors, lab partners, and pharmacies come together to offer hormone restoration at no cost for the first 3 months. After that, the program is only $77 per month. This initiative is our way of giving back to those who have served our communities and nation (LEO, FF, FR, and any active or retired military). Thank you for your service.

All funds from the BEARIT TRT Program go directly to the foundation supporting the BEARIT Ranch and its related programs.
