With the PeterMD advice only consultations, you will receive an Initial Physician Consultation, where you can discuss your health concerns and receive expert medical advice. Our team of experienced physicians will work with you to create a personalized healthcare plan that meets your unique needs.
If you are interested in treatment but not quite sure if you want to commit to a plan or not, If you’re Looking for a second opinion on your hormone protocol or you live outside of the US and want informed recommendations – this is where you should start.
For those interested in treatment regarding low testosterone, we do need to see recent blood work in order for the appointment to be successful. The provider will review your labs with you, discuss options and from there you can decide if treatment is right for you.
Overall, An Advice-Only consult lets you access our team’s expertise in hormone restoration and integrative medicine. Our provider will review the lab results you provide, plus your protocol if applicable. Then you’ll receive valuable recommendations for protocol improvement and care. Peter MD offers this service for patients who want guidance and/or a second opinion. Advice Only consults do not prescribe medications or manage care directly.
Consults for International Patients: Peter MD is licensed to practice and prescribe in the United States, but international patients can still access our knowledge with virtual Advice-Only consultations.
In this extended consult, you’ll be able to ask questions, discuss your situation, and go over any concerns.
Many international patients bring our protocol recommendations to their local providers for direct treatment.
